BID DESIGNS provides a comprehensive compliance review for “color reviews,” as well as final production, ensuring the proposal content sufficiently addresses requirements in the RFP instructions and evaluation criteria, as well as any additional, “hidden” requirements found elsewhere in the solicitation.

The master compliance matrix is used to identify and color code content compliance findings. Each compliance review is accompanied by compliance findings/alerts documented in the compliance matrix, as well as a delivery letter that highlights the most critical compliance findings.
