BID DESIGNS analyzes the solicitation, along with all of its attachments, to create a comprehensive compliance matrix that includes every word of the RFP instructions and evaluation criteria, as well as any additional, “hidden” requirements found elsewhere in the solicitation package. The compliance matrix also includes document specifications, a list of attachments, and other important information.

We then outline the compliance matrix, essentially creating a roadmap for you to follow in drafting your proposal response. The compliance matrix is delivered to you with a findings report that alerts you to any notable information, discrepancies in the solicitation (and/or attachments), and any recommended questions that we suggest asking the government. We then use the finalized compliance matrix to build compliance-based outline templates for each volume/section of the proposal, ensuring that all templates are built according to the required document specifications.
