BID DESIGNS provides solicitation compliance for all RFP-defined production specifications including fonts, paragraphs, spacing, page numbering, margins, headers, footers, and any other document-specified requirement(s). In addition, we provide desktop publishing for style application using all MS Word expert features including style settings, table styles, captions, heading styles, and automated table of contents. We highlight missing items from client documents for correction/completion. We also provide editorial support for spelling; grammar; hyphenation; spelling variations; common typos; phrases to avoid; contractions; acronyms (abbreviations) used in two forms, defined two ways, used before definition, used without definition, used only once, and not used; capitalization consistency; bullet lists consistency; conventions; and client-requested use of terms (e.g., company/team name).
