As part of its effort to continue providing high-quality proposal support to its current client base, plus continue its expansion and investment into the Pacific Northwest, BID Designs is pleased to announce the hiring of Ashley Coronado as Compliance Director and Director of Pacific Northwest Sales. Ashley is based in Kennewick, Washington.

In her role with BID Designs, Ashley will enhance the team by ensuring the company’s clients are compliant with all critical areas of an RFP, thus increasing their chances of winning. She is also the first BID Designs employee to be based in the Pacific Northwest, where she will increase the visibility of BID Designs in this region and attend multiple government contracting events and conferences throughout the year.

“We are thrilled and honored to have Ashley on board,” says Brent Paris, BID Designs Founder and CEO. “As BID Designs enters a new stage of growth and expansion, her expertise, integrity, and professionalism are a perfect match for our team and our clients.”

Ashley brings more than 10 years of government contracting experience to BID Designs. She started her career with a small environmental consulting company in Guam. In her previous role, she spent eight years with the Washington Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), helping small businesses find, bid, win, and perform on federal, state, and local government contracts. During this time, Ashley assisted an active client base of more than 220 clients in seven southeastern Washington counties, and her clients won nearly $300 million in government contracts. She attained the designation of Certified Procurement Professional through the national Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers and Verification Counselor certification through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association and is on the board of trustees for Mid-Columbia Libraries.
